CashLynx is a cashless, prepaid spending account on your Lesley Card that is accepted on and off campus. You must add value to your account before using CashLynx to make purchases. You must have sufficient value available in your CashLynx account to pay for each transaction. Each time you use your CashLynx account, the amount of the transaction will be deducted from your account. You may not spend more value than you have. Unused balances in CashLynx roll over semester to semester and year to year.

Your 16-digit CashLynx number is located on the front of your Lesley Card. It is labeled “ISO #” and uniquely identifies your prepaid spending account.

Your 7 digit ID number is located on the back left corner of your Lesley Card. It is labeled “ID Number”. It is not your social security number, it is a unique number that is 7 digits in length.

Both accounts are accessed by your Lesley Card.

All residential students are required to participate in a meal plan. Payment is made along with tuition and other fees. Meal plans are only accepted as a form of payment at campus dining locations. Click here to learn more.

CashLynx is a prepaid spending account that is accepted at all campus dining locations plus many other locations on and off campus. It is designed to eliminate the need to carry cash. You or your parents must add value to CashLynx before using it for purchases. Value in CashLynx rolls over from semester to semester and from year to year.

Funds transferred by debit/credit card and cash are available instantly. Check deposits are available on the business day received. If a check is returned to us by your financial institution for insufficient funds, the deposit will be reversed from your CashLynx account and a Returned Payment/Check fee will be assessed. If the Returned Payment/Check fee creates a negative balance in your account, you will be contacted to make another payment to the account.

At retail locations, CashLynx works much like a debit or credit card. Just present your Lesley Card for payment to the attendant at the register. Your card will be swiped in a terminal and the transaction authorized. You will need to sign a printed receipt of the approved transaction. At self-service locations, simply insert your card in the terminal.

CashLynx can be used at many campus locations and at off campus businesses. These can be identified by the “Welcomed” sticker featuring the CashLynx logo. Click here for a complete list of accepting locations.

Cardholder suggestions are welcome and encouraged. Recommendations can be sent via e-mail to our recruitment department. Please include the name of the location and why you would like to see them join the program.

No, at this time, CashLynx cannot be used to pay for these University charges.

You may receive a refund of your CashLynx account balance when you graduate, withdraw or leave Lesley University. Proof of withdrawal or dismissal is required. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the College’s card program service provider by emailing mycard@lesleycard.com

If the self-service machine does not work properly, you will not be charged for the transaction. If for any reason you are charged, please email us a refund request. Please include the location, date & time of the transaction(s) in question.

Campus Cash broadens the acceptance of CashLynx off campus. It enables you to use CashLynx to make purchases at a network of businesses that accepts prepaid spending accounts from many participating colleges and universities in the Boston area. Lesley University is one of these colleges. So, in addition to being able to use CashLynx on and around campus, you can use it to make purchases at any business that displays the Campus Cash Welcomed sticker – more than 60 in the Back Bay, Fenway and Cambridge neighborhoods.
